DV Ocean Inc. uses the third-party services listed below to operate the DV Ocean service. Each subprocessor has been vetted and is bound by contractual data-protection obligations equivalent to those in our Privacy Policy. This list is kept up to date as our infrastructure evolves; material additions or replacements are announced by email at least 30 days in advance, except in cases where a change is required by law or to address a security risk.

Some subprocessors operate servers outside your country of residence. Where required by law (for example, transfers of personal data from the EEA / UK to the United States), we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards executed with each subprocessor.
